Very few things are better than fresh croissants in the morning. And if they have chocolate on the inside... then you just can't compete with that!
These 6 croissants come frozen so all you have to do is take them out of the freezer before going to bed and stick them in the oven for 12 minutes when you wake up to get some delicious vegan flakey buttery goodness in the AM.
Instructions: Remove from freezer and place croissants 3 inches apart in a lined baking sheet covered in plastic wrap or a tea towel.Allow croissants to thaw overnight or for 6-8 hours before baking them. They should double in size when ready. Once ready, brush croissants with your choice of plant-based milk and bake at 390 F for 12minutes or until golden brown. Keep dough frozen up to 2 months.
