Instructions: Remove from freezer and place croissants 3 inches apart in a lined baking sheet covered in plastic wrap or a tea towel. Allow croissants to thaw overnight or for 6-8 hours before baking them. They should double in size when ready. Once ready, brush croissants with your choice of plant-based milk and bake at 390 F for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Keep dough frozen up to 2 months.
