For 1980s Week, I veganized Dave's Tiramisu Ice Cream Cake.
This vegan ice cream cake has alternating layers of almond cake soaked in a coffee syrup, coffee ice cream and vegan chocolate chips for that distinct tiramisu flavor.
A word of warning, though:
This recipe requires an ice cream maker to churn the vegan ice cream and make it from scratch. If you still want the delicious tiramisu ice cream cake flavor but don’t have an ice cream maker, you can go for a cheat: double the coffee soak in the recipe and use a blender to mix it into a pint of store bought vanilla ice cream.
