Curious Cat Bakery founder Natalia doesn’t quite know how many pain au chocolat she had when visiting France before going vegan but she does know it was a lot. Determined to recreate that flaky, buttery and chocolatey goodness she enjoyed at the metro (and the park, museum, by the riverfront, walking down the street, or really just any corner she found one available for purchase), she created an identical vegan copy of it.

Artisanally made in small batches, these French style croissants are hand rolled with classic technique and a little bit of vegan ingenuity to create an ideal delicate and buttery taste without using any animal products.
