For Patisserie Week, I took on the showstopper challenge: Laura's black forest cubed cakes completely egg free and dairy free.
In the process I ended up creating a super easy vegan hack to a mirror glaze without any gelatin or agar agar. It's way easier to make, pour and set, plus it doesn't get that rubbery texture at the end.
