For Finals Week, I took on the signature challenge: Peter's cranachan custard slices. Peter’s final signature bake with layers of raspberry and whiskey custard helped him get the winning spot at the end.
I made the vegan custard from scratch completely without eggs, dairy or animal products. The rough puff pastry is also made from scratch and completely vegan without butter.
